Throughout the process (from initial estimate / scoping to demo to cleaning), Dan and his team were punctual, thorough, attentive and most importantly: efficient.

In work like this, I’ve seen companies intentionally slow roll mitigation / set themselves up for change orders, go to war with insurance companies and generally, have no regard for the client. In the case of working with SERVPRO, I never felt for a second this to be the case. They were consummate professionals in all senses of the word.

I’m also no expert when it comes to remediation so I really appreciated Dan walking me through the process every step of the way, being present at the job site whenever requested and most importantly: coordinating with my GC on how the strategic mitigation work can set up the rebuild for success.

I just want you to know that a friend & client of mine called me at home last night with a problem. A huge I can never, ever, EVER thank you enough as long as I live to Tony and his crew of the happiest, most competent men from SERVPRO of Great Neck/Port Washington who came in here and saved the day. Tony sat calmly at my table, told me this was 'really no big deal', had me sign all the papers while telling me that he would be out by 5pm (this was at 3pm). 'Um, you and what army?', I asked... And then then the doorbell rang and in came the army.

I've used other restoration firms and they come in with older, less sophisticated equipment and sent us the bills directly. Our Village had a residential hoarding issue that posed a serious threat to the safety of neighboring residents. The homeowner was elderly and unable to correct the situation due to a lack of resources.
