This Long Island commercial building discovered mold in a busy kitchen area after a hidden leak was revealed.  This client needed a very precise and quick turnaround time, yet mold requires careful and thorough remediation.  

Our production team carefully plotted and scheduled the project with the reconstruction team and plumbers.  Counters and appliances were moved; affected materials were removed; areas were cleaned and dried to ideal moisture levels; antimicrobials were applied to inhibit future mold growth; and the air was HEPA filtered to remove airborne mold spores and odor.
