Commercial Water Damage on Long Island, NY

This business office suffered water damage that affected the floors and walls.  The water was extracted, the floors were restored and the walls had a few inches of affected drywall removed - now ready for refinishing.  When carpet remains wet, it can delaminate any glue or adhesive that affixes it.  Wet carpet is also a potential breeding ground for mold and mildew which can cause respiratory illnesses.  We aim to extract the water as soon as possible and get air movers on site to further expedite drying.  When furniture and contents sit on wet carpet, the water can wick up and cause secondary damage, rust stains and other issues.
