Commercial Water Damage - Long Island, NY

This Long Island, New York office building suffered a water damage, affecting the area where staff have their workstations and desks.  SERVPRO of Great Neck / Port Washington was called in to mitigate the water damage.  Water extraction removed the excess water, then the drying procedure commences that over the course of days and hours will bring down the air and surface moisture content readings into an acceptable level that will not encourage mold growth.   Once the readings state the area is dry, the flooring and finishes can be replaced or reinstalled.  This was a successful drying job, with satisfied clients.
