Kitchen Mold Remediation - Long Island, NY

This Long Island, New York home had an extensive active hidden water issue that was discovered, causing lots of mold growth.   Unfortunately the water had seeped between the kitchen ceramic tile floor and the plywood sub-floor.  All of the tile had to come out and be removed, the moisture was removed, structural drying was done, the mold was abated.    

As part of mold abatement, the air needs to be HEPA filtered to remove airborne mold spores and odor so they don't repopulate or cause respiratory problems for the residents.   SERVPRO of Great Neck/Port Washington was happy to serve!
