I've used other restoration firms and they come in with older, less sophisticated equipment and sent us the bills directly. SERVPRO had equipment that allowed minimal destruction and yet proper repairs. It was such a pleasure to learn SERVPRO worked with most insurance companies and you didn't even send us the bills but dealt directly with the insurance companies!
